Tenant isolation
Every customer runs on its own database and its own application instance. Nothing is pooled and no query crosses a customer boundary.
Access control
Roles carry per-module view, create, edit and delete rights, checked on every API request. Branch and store scoping limits multi-plant groups. Sessions expire, passwords are hashed, and API tokens are revocable per device.
Audit trail
Documents record who created, posted, approved and cancelled them, with time stamps and reasons. Posted documents are never silently deleted — a cancellation reverses stock and ledger and stays visible. Optional activity tracking adds login location, device and per-screen time.
Backups and continuity
Daily automated backups with retention you choose, plus on-demand snapshots before every update. Restores are tested, not assumed.
